How to exchange a product?

Exchange Steps:
Enter the phone number or email address you used to place the order.
Enter your order number.
Once your order appears, select the items you wish to exchange or return.
If you want to exchange, select Exchange.
If you want a refund, select Refund.
In case of an exchange, please place a new order and write in the cart notes under “Special instructions for the seller” that this order is for an exchange. Otherwise, your order will be shipped without collecting the item you wish to exchange.
Before requesting an exchange, please ensure that the product is in good condition and eligible for exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Exchange or return is allowed within 14 days of receiving the order.
Exchange or return is not allowed for:
Underwear
Towels
Leggings
Women’s Bermuda shorts
Thermal underwear sets
and similar items
Products purchased under promotions or discounts cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Orders paid via ValU are non-refundable (they can only be exchanged for items of the same value).
Important Note:
The company covers shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanges or returns.
